PAUL CAREAU joins Conigliaro Industries and brings many years of experience in sales and marketing from the pallet recycling, custom packaging and construction industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Technologies degree from Central New England College and is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

Paul owns Hamilton Business Development, a consulting company specialized in developing and implementing sales and marketing campaigns for small businesses. His company's primary focus is to offer temporary, professional help to companies seeking to reach the next level in their development. Most of his clients have excess capacity and seek to take advantage of markets in their geographic area.

Working primarily as a business development consultant Paul worked for companies throughout the United States. He has extensive experience within the pallet industry—buying, selling, and trading both new and recycled products. He has successfully utilized this network to work with many companies to reach their goals. His work allows his clients to take full advantage of their infrastructure without having to perminatlely increase the size of their sales and marketing staff.

Prior to starting his own business, Paul was employed by Aaron Pallet Corporation as a Sales Manager. He developed programs to expand their product line to include new pallets and dimensional lumber in addition to substantially growing their core business over the seven years he was employed there. Paul developed marketing programs that included the company's first web site. This allowed Aaron Pallet to expand its business into national markets through brokerage arrangements buying, selling, and trading online.

Earlier in his career, he was a business manager and a sales representative for Wadleigh Construction, a general contractor in central Massachusetts. He was involved with the negotiation and implementation of contracts for commercial and residential projects and handled the business administration of the company. He also acted as the liaison between all of the parties involved in the construction process. This included municipal permitting and regulatory boards, customers, and Wadleigh Construction.

Prior to his work as a sales and marketing professional, Paul was employed by The Charles G. Allen Company. He attended college evenings at Worcester Junior College studying mechanical engineering while working full time as a machinist. Over time, Paul changed his major to management technologies, attending Central N.E. College. Paul was promoted to manager of the company's final assembly department and oversaw final assembly, inspecting, and testing of custom machine tools. Paul left this position after 15 years seeking new professional challenges to enhance his career.
